About Hamorin
Crossfit taught by
people who do it.
Hamorin is an online platform where certified crossfit professionals deliver structured masterclasses built around technique, progression, and honest instruction.
Online crossfit with structure.
Hamorin started as a response to a specific problem: crossfit content online was either too vague to apply or too advanced to start with safely. The platform organises instruction into sequenced modules that build on each other.
Each masterclass covers a distinct skill set - barbell cycling, gymnastics progressions, metabolic conditioning pacing - with video demonstration, cue breakdowns, and programming context.
Practical detail, not motivation.
Each instructor films from multiple angles, annotates common faults, and explains the mechanical reason behind every cue. The goal is to give participants enough understanding to self-correct during training.
Modules are designed for independent use - no live scheduling required. Participants work through content at their own pace, returning to specific segments as their training develops.
- Multi-angle video with fault annotation
- Step-by-step progressions with load guidance
- Programming context for each skill module
- Accessible on-demand, no fixed schedule
The instructors
behind the platform.
Each instructor brings competition or coaching experience in a specific crossfit discipline. Content reflects what they actually apply in training, not general fitness theory.
Lead Coach
Odhran Feilberg
Odhran focuses on barbell cycling and Olympic lifting mechanics. He spent eight years coaching competitive athletes and built the platform's foundational lifting modules around common fault patterns he observed in that period.
Movement Specialist
Britta Szymańska
Britta covers gymnastics progressions and mobility work. Her modules address the gap between raw strength and positional control - specifically for movements like muscle-ups, handstands, and ring work.
S&C Instructor
Tarquin Albrecht
Tarquin handles metabolic conditioning and strength periodisation. His content explains how to structure crossfit training across a weekly cycle without accumulating the kind of fatigue that stalls long-term progress.
