Online masterclasses for every stage of the journey

Structured instruction from coaches who compete and train at a high level. Each session breaks down real movement, real programming, and what to do when progress stalls.

A familiar starting point

Most people arrive
knowing the movements
but not the method

You can perform a clean or a box jump. What you lack is a clear picture of why certain sessions work and others leave you flat. That gap between doing and understanding is exactly where Hamorin operates.

The classes are built around the questions coaches hear most often - how to structure a week, how to read your own fatigue, and when to push versus when to back off.

6 disciplines covered across the curriculum
38 structured sessions available online

The gap between doing and understanding is where most training stalls.

Each class addresses a specific point of confusion - not a broad topic, but a precise problem that shows up repeatedly at a certain stage of training.

When the work gets hard

Difficulty in training is expected - being stuck alone in it is not

The platform provides structured resources that sit alongside each class. They are not substitutes for coaching, but they help when a session raises more questions than it answers.

Movement Libraries

Short reference clips for each technique covered in the curriculum. Searchable by movement name or training phase.

Written Breakdowns

PDF guides that accompany each masterclass, covering cues, common errors, and programming notes coaches use in practice.

Progress Checkpoints

Defined markers at each stage so you can assess whether a concept has settled before moving to the next class.

From participants

Stated in their own words

"I had been doing CrossFit for two years before I understood what I was actually programming. The session on energy system work changed how I built my whole week."

Shifted from 3 to 5 structured sessions weekly
Freya Lundqvist Recreational athlete, Leeds

"The Olympic lifting module is the clearest breakdown I have found anywhere. It does not assume you are a beginner, but it does not skip the detail that matters."

Improved snatch consistency over 8 weeks of practice
Dmitri Okafor Competitive athlete, Manchester

"I coach a small group class and I use the written breakdowns as reference before sessions. The cue language is specific enough to be actually useful."

Integrated into weekly coaching prep routine
Siobhan Mäkinen CrossFit coach, Edinburgh

"What I appreciated was that the classes do not oversell outcomes. They explain what the work is and why it is structured that way. That honesty made me trust the content."

Recognition built through specificity

Hamorin has been referenced in regional coaching networks and featured in discussions around structured online CrossFit education since 2018.

The platform's approach - practical, non-promotional, detail-first - has drawn attention from coaches looking for resources they can point athletes toward with confidence.

UK Coaching Networks

Referenced by regional CrossFit coaching groups in Yorkshire and the North West as a recommended self-study resource for athletes between supervised sessions.

Curriculum Depth

The programming methodology module has been discussed in practitioner forums focused on periodisation for general population CrossFit athletes.

Instructor Credentials

Classes are delivered by coaches with active competitive records or documented coaching experience at club and regional level - not generalist instructors.

Educational Standards

Content is structured to align with local educational frameworks, making it accessible to participants engaged with regional learning initiatives.

Peer Recommendations

A measurable share of new participants arrive through direct referral from existing users - a pattern that has held consistently since 2019.

What the experience feels like

A shape that changes as you move through it

The platform does not feel the same at week one as it does at week twelve. That shift is intentional - the material is designed to become more demanding as your reading of your own training improves.

Orientation - the first two weeks

The early sessions are deliberately slower. They establish a shared vocabulary - how the platform describes loading, intensity, and recovery - so that later material lands without confusion.

Accumulation - weeks three through eight

This is where most participants spend the majority of their time. Sessions become denser, movement analysis more granular, and the checkpoints more demanding to pass.

Application - the later modules

Later sessions assume you can now read your own training data. The focus shifts from technique instruction to programming decisions - when to peak, when to deload, how to sequence blocks.

After the curriculum

Access to completed modules does not expire. Participants return to specific sessions when a training problem resurfaces - the material holds up to repeated reference.

Progress through the curriculum is self-paced. There is no scheduled cohort and no deadline - the material is available when the training situation calls for it.
